Return & Refund Policy
1. General
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Campus online store.
All Campus products are made to order and fulfilled by a third party print on demand partner. Because each item is custom printed specifically for your order, returns, exchanges, and refunds are only available in the circumstances outlined in this policy.
By placing an order with Campus, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
2. Custom Printed Items and Change of Mind
As Campus products are made to order, custom printed items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.
This includes (but is not limited to):

incorrect size selected at checkout
-
incorrect colour selected at checkout
-
ordering the wrong item
-
change of preference after purchase
-
no longer wanting the item
Please check product details, sizing information, and your order selections carefully before completing checkout.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is sent directly into production with our fulfilment partner.
For this reason, orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout, including changes to:

style
-
size
-
colour
-
quantity
-
shipping address
4. Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
Campus accepts return and refund or replacement requests for items that are:

defective
-
damaged on arrival
-
misprinted
-
materially incorrect to the order placed
If you receive an item with one of the above issues, you must contact Campus within 14 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:
-
your order number
-
a brief description of the issue
-
clear photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or print error
Claims without photo evidence may not be approved.
Once reviewed and approved, Campus will offer a suitable remedy, which may include:
-
a replacement item, or
-
a refund to the original payment method
The remedy offered will be determined by Campus in line with the issue reported and applicable consumer law.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, Campus will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate return solution, where a return is required.
If Campus approves a return for any reason not related to a defect, damage, or print error (where applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are non refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.
6. No Exchanges
Because all Campus items are made to order, Campus does not offer exchanges, including for incorrect size selection.
Please refer to the sizing guide on each product page and review your order carefully before checkout.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned, Campus may offer re shipment at the customer’s expense.
If the order has already been produced or delivered to the address entered at checkout, Campus is not responsible for refunds or replacements arising from address errors provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact Campus as soon as possible.
Lost parcel claims will be reviewed using tracking information and carrier updates. Campus is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or delivery issues outside our control, but we will work with you to help resolve the issue where possible.
9. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where required by law, Campus will provide a repair, replacement, or refund.
