This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Campus online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
All Campus products are made to order and fulfilled through a third party print on demand production partner. This means each item is printed specifically for your order before it is shipped.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product type, and production demand. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Once an order has been submitted, it is sent directly to production. For this reason, orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after they are placed.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier used.
Australia (Domestic)
Delivery timeframes within Australia will vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
International Orders
International shipping times vary by country, local customs processing, and postal carrier delays.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Fulfilment and Third Party Shipping
Campus products are printed and shipped by a third party fulfilment partner on our behalf.
As a result, shipments may originate from different production facilities depending on product availability and the delivery location.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available) so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. Shipping Destinations
Campus ships to the countries currently enabled at checkout through our store.
We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations (including 67+ countries), however shipping availability may change from time to time without notice based on carrier or fulfilment partner limitations.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.
7. Delays and Delivery Issues
While Campus works with trusted fulfilment and shipping partners, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

Campus is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges before re shipment can be arranged.
8. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
